This is not a Windows bug. SCCI has always been in the background and cannot be closed. I double-click the icon to open the SCCI window. 截图未命名1116203638

使用しない設定でもですか？

あと、上記の状態はどちらかというとSCCIが原因ではなく、mml2vgmがクラッシュしていると思われます。この場合はお手数ですが強制終了をお願いします。
