Pin sticky note to stay at the same place #115

Not sure how hard that would be to achieve, but i would like to be able to pin a note, so it won't move when scrolling the page.

As a workaround, you might also install https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sticky_notes/ though it will apparently fix the position by the toolbar.

However, besides not integrating with this add-on's sidebar, this workaround won't meet my particular use case of putting a sticky as a kind of placeholder so I can see where I left off in a long Table of Contents provided by https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/headingsmap/ .
