Kuma monitoring / alerts / stats summary #1007

Description

We should have a section on monitoring kuma cp and other components. This is an issue reported on slack at least twice.

Suggestions:

  1. have an automatic script that scrapes "Help" from the metric registration routines and presents them as a page here

Other suggestions are welcomed.
