Enable the use of beta badge #1085

What happened?

It's been mentioned there: https://github.com/kumahq/kuma-website/pull/1072#discussion_r1006052567 and it would be indeed a good addition to the replatform

@lahabana is this something that was previously supported or something we would like to add? We could easily add a badge somewhere - we would need to define where -. Also, in docs.konghq we display a hint with some text and a link. Do we want to do something similar or just displaying a badge would be enough?

This is a feature request (didn't exist before) I think what Kong does for alpha/beta would work perfectly here!

The targetRef policies are now out of beta and I think only GW API is in beta. Is this still relevant? @lahabana
