Remember tab type picked across pages #1101

Description

Atm in tabs like: https://kuma.io/docs/1.8.x/policies/traffic-route/ Kubernetes is always selected by default. This makes it annoying for users as they always have to toggle when they are using universal.

It would be great if the docs would remember across pages which one was last picked. So if I run standalone universal I don't have to toggle each time. I guess this could be stored in localStorage so it's even persisted across visits.
