feat(quickstart): rewrite kubernetes quickstart #1600

Rewrite quickstart.

The goal is to have a very opinionated quickstart (kubernetes, helm, kind, mesh traffic permission). So we can then build guides (like federating zone) as a next step after you complete it.

Quickstart for Universal is intentionally gone. I'm not a big fan of this, but it's what we discussed. We want to reintroduce this after the release.
