Rewrote transparent proxying docs from the dataplane configuration
Moved docs related to installing, upgrading transparent proxy or excluding traffic to separate guides
Created transparent proxy reference
Created two guides related to customizing transparent proxy configuration

Created helper inc jekyll plugin which allows to conditionally increment some values which is helpful to render number of step when there is some conditional logic related to version included
