Adding Prism to Bower config #18

Flakes uses Prism for syntax highlighting, but it wasn’t included inthe Bower config. Because Prism doesn’t have a master branch for Bower to use (LeaVerou/prism#180), this references the active branch.

Prism is not part of the Flakes framework. It is however used in the Flakes Documentation here: https://github.com/kumailht/flakes-website/blob/master/static/bower.json
