This is to start when bulkmail config --auth is ran in terminal. Same method will most probably be used in the bulkmail mail command.

Service Credentials configuration feature is pretty much done. But when it will be integrated to commands like bulkmail mail, it might face few problems. It uses hard coded process.exit() which will exit the terminal process after configuration is over. Useful for bulkmail config --auth but not for running bulkmail mail for the first time.

Anyways, will merge the PR and the issues will be fixed later.
