What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Placing an online order for BinDiff using Google Wallet as payment method

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
download link in email.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
purchased BinDiff

Please provide any additional information below.
Hey Guys, I checked all the plausible locations (junk/spam etc) for 
correspondence; no follow-up email received.

I'd like a refund.
