Hi, 

I was charged tax on my most recent order however the purchase is tax exempt. I 
have the appropriate documentation. Who can I contact about this?

Hi Tim,

unfortunately there is currently no process available to us to refund taxes. We 
are working on this issue. We will inform you when there is an update.
