JPABookTest failed #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Checkout source code
2. Import project bpmn-examples into Eclipse
3. Run the JPABookTest

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Part of stack trace:
java.lang.IllegalStateException: Failed to load ApplicationContext
Caused by: org.springframework.beans.factory.BeanCreationException: Error 
creating bean with name 'entityManagerFactory' defined in class path resource 
[chapter6/jpa/jpa-application-context.xml]: Invocation of init method failed; 
nested exception is java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: 
org/hibernate/annotations/common/reflection/MetadataProvider

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Activiti 5.8 and 5.9 

Please provide any additional information below.
Looks like hibernate-commons-annotations dependency missed
