What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. download the example
2. save .xls
3. open with excel
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expect = clean sheet. Instead = many jargled characters all over the place
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
What ever version is down-loadable today
