Global filters for keywords

This is a feature found in Tweetdeck that is very useful. Some conversations on 
Twitter draw the attention of many spambots or, in my case, a crazed stalker 
who spams the same messages over and over from dozens of new accounts each day, 
making it hard to read the mentions feed.

I'd like to be able to enter a series of comma separated values, such as:

table, car, "pooh flinging monkey"

and never see any tweets containing those terms.
