Add User Expiration Calendar #472

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configuration Menu
2. Create (Add) New User
3. Set expiration date

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I should be able to see the calendar, but it is being displayed behind the User 
Add window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.1, Ubuntu

Please provide any additional information below.

What browser is this? I don't have this on Chrome, Safari or Firefox (on Mac)

It's not working on any browser. Both on Mac and PC

It seems the build script minification leaves the datetime picker styles empty, 
which causes this. I'll fix this.

Version 2.1.3 should fix this.
