file re-upload #481

on 2.1.8 when we re-upload a file jquery file upload adds "(1)" "(2)" etc at 
the end of the file name witch is the right thing to do but this identation is 
AFTER the file extension so the resulting file is unusable...

(I've just checked and the original jquery file upload script put this 
identation before the extention.)
