missing "folder up" #500

hi,
in the file view we have 2 way to go to root "folders" the left pane and the 
"home button"
I think we don't switch folders constantly... but we are constantly browsing 
subfolder like parent folder and their is no button for that.

I would like to suggest:
1. Add a like to a real "home" by clicking to the home button, the one we are 
presented by opening mollify
2. Eventually adding a caret to the home button to quickly change root folder
3. add a "parent folder link, this one is really missing
