LDAP users should not have change password option #545

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to an LDAP user account.
2. Click on Configuration.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The Password Change button is displayed.  LDAP passwords cannot be changed from 
here.  Perhaps the a message like this would be better:
"Your account password is managed on an external server. To change your 
password, please see your system administrator."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Mollify 2.5.10, Ubuntu 12.04

Please provide any additional information below.
