Cannot download files that have been shared "Private, require logged in user"

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Share a file with setting "Private, require logged in user"
2. Copy Link
3. Log out
4. Open Download Link
5. Login screen is displayed
6. Enter credentials

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After logging in I expect to see the file information and I expect to download 
the shared file. Instead I see the UserFolder of the logged in User. Opening 
the Link while being logged in does also not work.

Sharing with password only is working as expected.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
2.5.10, CentOS 6.4, PHP 5.3.3
