White Screen after edit configuration.php with mysql conf

hi

Every Time, on Every Host (localhost with NAMP, 1&1 etc) I got a White Screen 
after edited the configuration.php in /backend.

I try to follow the step, add the type of database, next screen, add the 
parameters, white screen
If I create the good and complete configuration.php file directly, white screen

I don't understand why ? In local on my machine, i try an alternate conf with 
Sqlite3 and same issue.

Apparently, the installation script can't access to my database or my local 
db.file. In Phpmyadmin, the base are empty. I'm sure of the parameters of my 
base because, I try to install another cms for test and it's ok.

In local with sqlite3 config, the file are empty too.

check.php return nothing, just white screen

My Version of PHP is 5.4
On Apache HTTP Serv
