Front page won't load on IE8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open URL in IE8 browser

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Front page with login fields / white blank page

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
IE8 / XP (checked of few sifferent machines - still same problem)

It works fine on any other browser except IE - unfortunately some users don't 
want to convert to newer browsers :)

Unfortunately I'm not supporting IE versions below 9. Even Microsoft has 
dropped support for XP, and IE 9 is in Windows 7 computers.

I understand, I would love to support all browsers there are. But it's simply 
that I don't have the time, IE8 would take too much time, and since it is not 
maintained anymore by Microsoft, I have to give it up.

You could kindly suggest your users to update their system, it would be best 
for everyone :)
