Adding folders #562

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I cannot add folder, what path should  I write?
2. I get message Request failed.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version, on Windows XP.

Please provide any additional information below.

You should use absolute paths when adding new folders.

Please get PHP error log to see what is the "Request failed" for.
