Enhancement name:Optimize Home Screen

Functionality:Make the Home Screen the main view instead of just two lines of 
text. Whatever is the main view for each type of user should be set to the Home 
Screen

When you login users go straight to the home page which simply has the text 
"Welcome to RMH Reservation..". For each category of user can we change that 
home page (default view) to represent their most common action on the 
reservation maker. For example if I am a social worker and 9 times out of 10 
I'm entering family profiles could the process be sped up by that main screen 
being that page. Im just looking for a way to improve that home page.
