numerous UI issues when creating a room reservation #57

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.log in as Mary789
2.Select Request Room
3.Search on Scott Miller
4. Result appears. Click on highlighted Scott Miller
5. Detail appears, along with options at bottom to modify profile and create 
room reservation
6. Click on Create Room Reservation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

There are numerous UI problems here.
1. After searching on Scott Miller, the result appears at the very top, in a 
tiny font, sort of jammed into the input screen. It isn't evident at all that 
the next step is to click on the highlighted name, either.
2. After clicking on the name, the detail profile that appears is at the 
bottom, again in a tiny font.
3. The options to Modify Profile and Create Room Reservation are also in the 
tiny font, jammed together so they flow into each other.
4. After clicking on Create Room Reservation, a form appears. This does not 
have the parent information auto-filled. In addition, address and contact info 
for the family should be displayed, auto-filled, as well.
5. Warning is also generated

Please use labels and text to provide additional information.
