Delete old email addresses from test data in database #92

Whenever email gets sent out in the system, it goes to the email addresses of 
students no longer in the course.  These email addresses need to be removed 
from the SQL script that inserts the test data. Once tested, we need to make 
sure everyone reads and applies the updated script to their local setup.
