tablePrefix is not used #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create Yii Application
2. Configure tablePrefix in main.php
3. Run userGroups install

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Database Tables names should include tablePrefix

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
userGroups 1.6.2
Yii 1.1.7
PHP 5.3.5
Windows 7 Enterprise 64
bits
Please provide any additional information below.
