We've got some new updates from the impact branch and there are loads of hacky things. We should gradually migrate them into the master.

[x] New ScatTreeNode design.
[ ] Improve OslScop implementation
[ ] Directly generate OpenScop relation from FlatAffineConstraints
[ ] Update how we call Pluto (use pluto_schedule_prog)
[ ] Merge the latest reg2mem
[ ] Merge the latest extract-scop-stmt
[ ] Improve the ConvertToOpenScop pass and add more tests
[ ] Improve the ConvertFromOpenScop pass and add more tests
[ ] Refactorize the symbol table passing before and after Pluto optimization.
[ ] Integrate Polybench test cases #53
