Incoming Unity Package Manager #3

So this is a thing. First commit authored 9 months ago, Latest 2 months ago. From the sound of it, and judging by the name, its a major restructuring of Unity Core, would require a rewiring of the store, and need a whole interface. Needless to say, this is a massive project so I don't imagine it will be ready any time soon. https://github.com/Unity-Technologies/kaizen

bamboo's branch's last commit was a month ago
