I actually got it pretty close, but found out that the docker-linking paradigms that are gaining traction right now, are actually pretty far from "production ready", and I felt like the last thing we needed was another half-baked abstraction in our way.
So instead in the meanwhile, I've just added a simplified installation process via an install script on #6.
I'm opening this issue to allow for discussion of other portable-izing methods, in particular, for planning out a production launching method.
