Minor issue, to comply with: Community guidelines: Are there clear guidelines for third parties wishing to 1) Contribute to the software 2) Report issues or problems with the software 3) Seek support in https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/6897 Add a sentence referencing the issue tracker and any other means of communication in the README.md

We added a section ## Contributing code with an updated (pull request) workflow and indications on where/how to suggest new features and seek support
