Update desktop entry #109

Proxtop was shown in the "others" category. I think it belongs along with skype, Hexchat, etc. to "Network".

Add "Categories", "GenericName" and "Comment"

Nice, thanks. This also brought to my attention that the CI linux build is kinda screwing with it (e.g. generates its own desktop entry, doesn't create bin link, etc.) so I'll have to get that sorted out too
