Little "Intro" into the app to explain things #61

I'm thinking about adding a small little "tour" or "intro" that would go over some things, like exp-bar, watchlist, settings and messages. I know this goes into the department of adding golden doorknobs, but I think it would make a reasonable addition. For example: http://introjs.com/
