Servlet 4.0 support #149

Are there any plans on implementing Servlet 4.0 support with something other than Jetty, which will support it with 10.0 release that's supposedly coming in two weeks on the 1st of September (but probably not gonna happen), i.e. Undertow or Tomcat 9 (similar to spring-boot)?
