Once application is published....a higher app-version disables in-app purchasing.... #66

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
1.  Publish application with in-app billing
2.  Create a new build with a higher versionCode and versionName than published
3.  Run an in-app purchase in your new build

EXPECTED OUTPUT:
-  Expected to complete in-app purchasing

ACTUAL OUTPUT:
-  RequestPurchase is returning an error

AFFECTED ORDER IDS (IF RELEVANT):

OS VERSION:
2.3.4

MARKET/MYAPPS VERSION:
DoubleDown Casino

DEVICE:
LG Marquee

OUTPUT FROM ADB BUGREPORT ATTACHED:
(Note: The output from "adb bugreport" is required for all bug reports.)

NOTES:

I would like to have in-app purchasing in builds with higher versions than 
released...so I can run them through testing before they are released.

Same problem with my app impossible to get working with higher versionCode
