Convert skin structure optimized to lua

Skin structure is barely decided. similiar to stepmania, but a little different.

internally, conversion occurs: lua table -> xml node -> rendering tree.
event handler: pre-compiled lua code constructs DST object. (so it's very flexible then previous csv version)

.csv -> .lua conversion finished.

Refactoring done with DISPLAY engine change(SDL->GLEW) in https://github.com/kuna/SimpleBmxPlayer/commit/b6a2c2181723bba1f89416f2746abb2af7a1ea08, but still not compilable(linking problem). Also spring semester had started, so I won't have enough time to work with this project. Well, but I'll try to process this project as much as I can.
