Allow text input instead of voice #4

It would be so awesome if you could bring up a text input similar to spotlight and use this input instead of voice. I find myself frequently wanting to use a smart assistant but am in a public area or at work where it would be weird to talk to my computer.

I like it! But no plans as of yet to incorporate that functionality in. Also I think Amazon lets you do that in their Alexa Developer portal.
