For 1.2.8, forgot to change version number in php code

The version number in 1.2.8 is still set at 1.2.7, which causes Wordpress to keep telling us to upgrade. Fix is, change line 6 in eventpress.php to:

    Version: 0.1.2.8

I see in your source it is okay, the problem is with the wordpress zip archive.

I'm wondering why that is happening—maybe I'll bump the version again to send the latest files.
