Add css style for ALL front end component #112

We use grid in both BidSequenceBlock and BidButtonBlock, but there is no good way to display the grid cell well in the default given setting. We need to add our own .css to make them looks good.

Starting to move HandCardsBlock to new front end frame, and it need css style as well. So make this issue to track all the CSS style. Currently we need to add css style to add least

  1. BidButtonBlock
  2. BidSequenceBlock
  3. HandCardsBlock
