display settings in config.xml #1

max note length to display (num of chars, num of lines, length of line)
update interval (may not be possible)

Created settings: NoteMaxSize = 1900,1000 NotePadding = 10 NoteTitleMargin = 10 NoteMargin = 5 FontName = arial.ttf FontSize = 12 FontColor = 0,0,0 FontTitleName = arialbd.ttf FontTitleSize = 14 FontTitleColor = 0,0,0

"Update interval" and "conky width" need to be set in conkyrc file for now
