Render RWR on ICP/DED screen #12

Would be handy if the full ICP panel was included as I have to hit the rtn button in the cockpit, there is plenty of room on the first page and RWR would be handy to see threats etc.

the return button is on the icp. left arrow. rwr will be added soon.

I took the liberty of updating this issue. The RTN button is already present.

RWR has been added to the newest version 1.2.0 of the clients.
