Further JSDoc Integration

• Copy playcanvas-jsdoc-template straight into this repo
• Convert handlebars to properly typed string templates
• Refactor the catharsis type PEGJS parser entirely away, dropping their half-broken and unmaintained limitations
• Integrate parsed types into templates

(I waited for https://github.com/hegemonic/catharsis/pull/70 to happen for way too long)

It's time to move on from using outdated software that limits our capabilities... :bullettrain_front:

When I'm done with this, it will be pretty much be a modern replacement for JSDoc.

Open questions:

• Should I stick to JSDoc type structures? It's probably easier to only have one way to represent types throughout the entire repo.
