Issue for general updates to the Parcel plugins. First I wanted to make a version independent package, but the API between v1 and v2 is too different (unlike Webpack, which has quite little difference between Webpack 4 and 5).
Currently we have a Parcel v2 package: https://www.npmjs.com/package/@runtime-type-inspector/parcel-transformer
