Add PostCSS syntax highlighting support. Fixes #10 #11

I've added support for PostCSS syntax highlighting.

Sorry, I've not tested this change, but according to section about linters in SublimeLinter docs this would do the trick.

Build is failing in Travis, but problem not with my changes and build failed on master branch too.
