Add Caveats section #14

Whether a Caveats section is the best way to communicate this or not, I do think it's worth noting if the plugin is unable to load configuration as flexibly as stylelint itself can. I think the text in the PR might be too brief to explain why this is a "caveat", but I would consider it one, myself. I haven't used the plugin so don't know what it's capable of, but haven't see a response to https://github.com/kungfusheep/SublimeLinter-contrib-stylelint/issues/13, so I'm assuming this is in fact a limitation.

It would be great if the plugin could update to be able to load any configuration that stylelint itself can load.
