`max-line-length` not being reported correctly #24

The max-line-length rule is suffering from the same issue as the String rules (see) i.e. Line numbers all screwy and zero reporting.

Sublime Text Console output:

1:1  Expected line length equal to or less than 80 characters (max-line-length)
