I have more or less the same problem. Dual aileron on RC5. There is a bit of
subtrim on the main and the 2nd aileron servo.
When I put the RC5_FUNCTION to 4 (Aileron), the servo attached to RC5 is out of
trim when the FlightMode is set to manual. When this is put to FBW_A/B is it
set correctly to neutral.
When RC5_FUNCTION is set to Manual, the aileron is correctly trimmed.
So, at this point it's ok or in Manual, or in FBW, but not both.

Tridge did a change in Rev. 4a028aa2dc18.
I will test it in the next 48 hours and come back.

For me the fix did not work: manual flight profiles (thermal) trim RC5 to the
wrong direction.

In arduplane V2.66 RC5_FUNCTION set to aileron don't work.RC5 is a copy
(reversed)of RC1.IT works with Arduplane V2.65 but i have notice that RC5_DZ
must be set to zero.So RCx_DZ refer to the single channel or refer to the
signal of a axis ?

With setting RC_5_function to 18, the second aileron seems to work fine for me
now in 2.67. see http://code.google.com/p/ardupilot-mega/wiki/MultipleAilerons
