fx option for imported audio files [sf#116] #116

It would be super nice to have the ability to add fx plug-ins to audiofiles imported onto the timeline with the possibility of showing krate automations for the effects superimposed on top of the "region". It would also be nice to be bale to define a "tail" for these regions so that the effect can last N_seconds beyond the region itself.
