Rewrite BlueX7 #380

BlueX7 has been in an unsupported state for some time and needs to be rewritten:

  1. Underlying Csound code used needs revision to support PEG and try to be as faithful as possible to DX7 (see Dexed project for ideas)
  2. UI should be modernized
  3. Widget controls should update values at runtime (like BSB Widgets)
  4. Look at having 32 patch bank as part of BlueX7, rather than having a single patch only (better mapping to DX7 experience)

the code of BlueX7 is not visible atm. Can this be made visible like any other BSB instrument?

Steven: I would suggest not to use it at the moment until I can redo it.
