Sometimes i have to use the Note Processor of the Layer. For example, i need to change the instrument number of all Objects that i have on one and the same Layer. Or have to change another pfield because i have changed something in the instrument itself. The Note Processor on the corresponding Layer helps to make that change for the whole Layer, without me having to change the pfields of all the Objects.
When i do so (here i have changed pfield 1 to 31), the 'N' button lights up because i have the Note Processor for that Layer open.
When i have made my changes and close the Note Processor window, the 'N' button is not lit up anymore.
I think it would be better that the 'N' button stays lit so the user know that a NP for that Layer is in active mode.
