add an option in Options/Project Defaults that ticks a box:'when opening a project, jump to Start Locator'?
Reason: in nearly all cases when i quit the program and open it a next time, i'd like to continue where the Start Locator was. I reckon that this is how most users would like it.
OR
Maybe should just make this the default?
